Wasim Jaber
Wasim Jaber grew up in Australia from the age of twelve. Born overseas to Lebanese parents, his experiences with the art of cooking began as an eight year old boy along side his mother as she prepared traditional food for both family and friends. It was at that age that he realised that he would grow up to become a chef. He has gained his knowledge and skills through working in some of Sydney’s top restaurants including The Boathouse On Blackwattle Bay, and developed a love for Asian cuisine through travel. Today, all these factors have come together to define his style and give his food the flair yet simplicity it posses.
